  1. What types of products do you provide?

We offer a range of fun products including signs, mugs, mason jars, salad forks, t-shirts, pet bandanas, mouse pads and more.  Click on the shop menu to see all of the products that we offer.

  1. Are the products produced in the USA?

Yes, the company is located in the USA and the products are made in the USA, unless otherwise specified.

  1. Do you offer free shipping?

At time we offer free shipping for orders over $50.00.   We do not currently ship to Canada or other International destinations.

  1. How long will it take to get my order?

Cloud Nine Sky LLC orders are custom print on demand products which take time to process, print and ship.  Estimated production time is 3-7 business days for domestic orders, plus 3-10 business days for shipping, during non-peak season.   Production during peak season ranges on average from 9-12 days.

  1. What is your refund policy?
We are a print-on-demand company, that means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered.  This also means that we do not accept returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong, size, color or simply change your mind.
However we will replace or refund damaged or lost times if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.   Please contact our support team at contactus@cloudninesky.com.
